    First time I have ever done a 7-day Pilates challenge and I’m glad I chose this one. Definitely my flexibility has improved over the last 7 days. My favorite workouts were Day 2, 4 and 5 with lots of work on abs, legs and glutes. It was worth it and I feel a stronger core, improved balance and posture. Thank you for creating this program!
